We're seeding the directory in five US metros first: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, and Boston. Practitioners in those cities who sign up before launch lock in $299/year for life — even when our standard rate moves to $399.
Pricing FAQ
Will the basic listing always be free?
Yes. Every licensed practitioner gets a basic listing at no cost, forever. That's a foundational commitment, not a launch promo. The directory only works if patients can find every reputable practitioner — not just the ones who pay.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Featured is a flat annual fee. Pay-per-lead is fully opt-in and you set your own cap. We don't take booking fees, we don't charge per profile view, and we don't auto-upgrade you to anything.
What does "verified" mean?
We confirm your active state license (or provincial registration in Canada) directly with the issuing board before your listing goes live. We re-verify annually. If your license lapses, your listing pauses until it's reinstated.
Can I cancel my Featured listing?
Yes, any time. Your Featured tier runs through the end of your billing year and reverts to Basic afterward. No cancellation fees.
How do leads actually work?
Patients use the contact form on your profile. The message lands in your inbox via email. You respond directly — we never sit between you and the patient. For pay-per-lead (when active), we charge only for verified contact attempts; we filter spam, duplicates, and out-of-area leads at no cost to you.
What if I have multiple locations or work at multiple clinics?
Featured listings can include multiple locations under one profile. If you operate as separate practices with separate licenses, those need separate listings.
Do you sell my contact information?
Never. Your information is used only for your listing and for our communications with you about your account. See our privacy policy for details.
What about Canadian practitioners?
Canadian practitioners are welcome — the same tiers and pricing apply (in USD). We verify provincial registration the same way we verify US state licensure.
